We got into this business because we saw too many Americans settle for cheap imported structures that failed in a few years. We knew we could do better — and we committed to doing it right, every time, from design to done.

Tony Black has spent his career in the home improvement industry — building relationships with contractors, suppliers, and homeowners that span decades. He's the kind of person who believes the job isn't done until the customer is genuinely proud of what's standing on their property.

Tony founded Custom Barns USA after seeing firsthand the gap between what American landowners needed and what the market was offering. His vision: a one-stop, start-to-finish barn and structure company that never cut corners on quality or American manufacturing.

His focus is the customer experience — from the first consultation call to the moment you sign off on your completed structure. Cham built the systems and processes that let Custom Barns USA deliver consistently excellent results, project after project.

Born From a Simple Belief

Tony and Cham met through the home improvement industry and quickly realized they shared the same frustration: Americans who wanted quality barns and agricultural structures were being underserved — stuck between cheap import products that failed fast and overpriced custom builders who took forever.

So they built something better. Custom Barns USA was founded on three promises: American-made materials, total project management from design to final walkthrough, and a customer experience worthy of the product.
